DAIspring standard round wire spring (coil spring)

Made using high durability SWPB (Piano Wire Type B)! A rich lineup.

We sell standard springs "TRYspring" and square wire strong springs "DAIspring." The "molded round wire coil spring" of DAIspring is a standard spring designed for press machines, allowing for selection based on deflection, unlike conventional round wire standard springs (TRYspring). It is characterized by the fact that many of them are polished even if the wire diameter is thin. Additionally, they are manufactured using high-durability SWPB (piano wire type B). We are currently producing them sequentially, so please inquire about delivery times. <Apology> Due to production circumstances, we are sequentially transitioning to right-handed winding. Please understand that there are both left-handed and right-handed items available. 【Features】 ■ Standard springs designed for press machines using round wire ■ Selection based on deflection is possible ■ Many are polished even if the wire diameter is thin ■ Manufactured using high-durability SWPB (piano wire type B) *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Compression coil spring (compression spring) AP, AS San-Etsu standard spring

We always have 919 types of compression springs in stock, ready for immediate delivery! Our extensive lineup is built on years of manufacturing technology and expertise in "spring design"!

The spring is a functional component that causes problems even if just one is missing, but designing one surprisingly takes a lot of time, and it is not uncommon for this to cause practical issues. The San-Etsu series compression coil springs are always in stock with a total of 919 types, featuring wire diameters from φ0.4 to 10mm, outer diameters from φ4.5 to 80mm, and materials including piano wire and stainless steel wire. We respond to customer requests with an immediate delivery system, supplying springs with stable performance in small quantities. ◎ How to select a spring (1) Determine the material based on the atmosphere and environment in which it will be used. (2) Decide on the necessary outer diameter or inner diameter of the spring. (3) Determine the free length of the spring (the length before displacement). (4) Decide on the required load (or spring constant*1, deflection amount*2, etc. may also be acceptable). *1 Spring constant: The load obtained when the spring is displaced by 1mm (load ÷ deflection amount). *2 Deflection amount: The change that occurs when a load is applied to the spring.

Tension coil spring (tension spring) HP, HS San-Etsu standard spring

We always have 424 types of tension springs (excluding free sizes) in stock and ready for immediate delivery! A comprehensive lineup created with years of accumulated design know-how and manufacturing technology!

A spring is a functional component that can cause problems even if just one is missing, but surprisingly, designing one takes a considerable amount of time, and it is not uncommon for practical issues to arise. The San-Es series tension coil springs are available in a constant stock of 424 types, with wire diameters ranging from 0.32 to 2.3 mm, outer diameters from 3.2 to 24 mm, and materials including piano wire and stainless steel wire (excluding free-size tension springs). We respond to customer requests with an immediate delivery system. We supply springs with stable performance in small quantities. ◎ How to select springs (1) Determine the material based on the atmosphere and environment in which it will be used. (2) Decide on the required outer shape of the spring. (3) Based on dimensions such as installation, determine an approximate figure for the necessary free length of the spring. (4) Determine the required load when the length is displaced.

Free size tension coil spring FP, FS San-Etsu standard spring

We always have a stock of 104 types of free-size tension springs that can be adjusted to any length, ready for immediate delivery! A comprehensive lineup created with years of accumulated know-how and technology!

Even a single missing spring can cause issues for functional components, but surprisingly, designing one takes a considerable amount of time, and it is not uncommon for practical problems to arise. The Suness series of free-size tensile coil springs, which allow for arbitrary adjustment of spring length, are always in stock with a total of 104 types available, including wire diameters from 0.2 to 2.6 mm and outer diameters from 3 to 30 mm, made from piano wire and stainless steel wire, and we can respond with immediate delivery. We supply springs with stable performance in small quantities. ◎ How to select springs (1) Determine the material based on the atmosphere and environment in which it will be used. (2) Decide on the required outer shape of the spring. (3) Based on dimensions for installation, determine an approximate value for the necessary free length of the spring. (4) Decide how much load is needed when the length is displaced.

Twisted coil springs STA, STB, STC - San-Etsu standard springs

We have a constant stock of 270 types of torsion springs (torsion springs and kick springs) available for immediate delivery! A comprehensive lineup created with years of accumulated know-how and technology!

Designing and calculating torsion springs can be troublesome and complicated, which may be a concern for you. In response to such requests, we have newly standardized torsion springs. We offer three types with materials made of stainless steel wire, wire diameters ranging from 0.3 to 2.0 mm, inner diameters from 3 to 14 mm, and winding angles of 90°, 135°, and 180°. We maintain a total of 270 types in stock at all times and are ready to deliver immediately. We supply springs with stable performance in small quantities. ◎ How to select springs (1) Determine the inner diameter (2) Decide on the torsion angle (φd) (3) Check if the allowable torsion angle φd and allowable torque T meet the usage conditions. (4) Determine the installation space for the spring.
